Bringing Movember into the workplace has had a huge impact on our team.
In the construction industry, health and safety is paramount. We always talk about how important it is that everyone gets home safe at the end of each workday.
Movember has helped us evolve to consider mental health as part of that equation and we have definitely seen more open conversations.

Structured men's health training for workplaces.
For a lot of men, work is where they spend most of their waking hours, and sometimes it’s the only place they’ll say out loud that they’re struggling. That’s an opportunity most companies miss.
But Movember has an answer. After all, we’ve been researching men’s health for over 20 years. And we deliver it in a series of sessions; not a one-off that’s soon forgotten.
Most people want to show up for the men in their lives. That might be a colleague, friend, partner or a son. What stops them is not knowing what to say. Training gives them the language and the confidence to use it instead of staying quiet.
Where that training comes from matters. We’re not a generic wellbeing provider: we’re the global leader in men’s health, funding the science. Learning from us means learning from the source.
Sessions run one hour, in person or over Zoom. They’re open to every level of the business, and are led by an expert. And yes, there’s plenty of time for questions afterward . So start wherever your company is and go deeper as your people ask.
Here’s how we work. We start with an introduction to men’s health that works for any audience. Then we go deeper with evidence-based sessions on mental and physical health. From there, specialist sessions cover masculinity, fatherhood, and how to talk to someone you’re worried about.
The final stage is sustainability: equipping your advocates, HR and ERG leads, network chairs and others, to keep the conversation going year-round.
Best of all, it’s anchored to all the men’s health moments already in the calendar. Instead of one burst in November, you get a rhythm that your comms team can plan around.
