My motivation

Suicide remains a leading cause of death for young men in Europe, especially in Central & Eastern Europe and the UK. Data shows men are 3-4 times more likely to die by suicide, with rates peaking in the 25-29 age group.
My partner and I have 4 boys between us; it breaks my heart to think that our boys would ever be in so much pain that they feel they need to take their own lives.

Movember tackles male suicide by funding innovative projects, changing attitudes, and promoting early intervention for mental health, focusing on breaking down stigmas that stop men from talking about issues, building stronger social connections, and encouraging help-seeking before a crisis hits.
