My motivation

I am raising awareness for mental health and cancer this year by shaving off my beard.

We all know family and friends who have been through these incredibly hard chapters of life. It has a ripple effect on so many people, so if you can, please donate.

Money is not the only thing we can give. Being there for someone in a time of need or listening to someone who feels like they can not see a way out of their darkened head space can make the difference. Breaking down the problem and helping people to understand, recover and move on. No matter what has happened, wiith a friend's help, it will always get better ❤️
