My motivation

I lost my brother more than a decade ago (he committed a suicide). He was not in the best physical conditions and most likely nor mental health was ideal. I'd like to prevent more losses like this by raising the awareness, talking about men's both mental and physical health openly, prevention and inspire others to help further
